Associate at Palma Guedes Advogados since 2023. Her expertise is centered in the field of life sciences and healthcare sector, primarily in consultative and administrative litigation. She has experience with regulatory aspects involving Health Authorities such as the Ministry of Health, the National Health Regulatory Agency (ANVISA), CMED, CONAR, Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, and Supply, State and State and Municipal Health Departments. In the consultative scope, she has extensive experience across various areas, such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, food and beverages, cosmetics, telemedicine, pesticides, and cannabis, among others. Her primary focus is on providing guidance and support in regulatory compliance matters. In the litigation area, she has assisted clients in both judicial and administrative disputes.
