Gabriela Cavalheiros

Palma Guedes Associate since 2021, active in intellectual property, technology and data protection. With experience in researches related to complex legal questions for different purposes, in particular for drafting legal opinions, memoranda and supporting claims, Gabriela became interested in privacy and data protection in 2018. Over the degree course, she focused in the area, toking several courses, specially the DataPrivacy Brasil’s course about privacy and data protection. Nowadays, she helps with several LGPD adaptation projects and consultations.

Education

Master´s student at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) pursuing a degree in Civil Law.
Currently attends the specialization degree in Intellectual Property  (PUC-RIO)
Bachelor of Law from the University of the State of Rio de Janeiro – UERJ
