Felipe Salathé

Palma Guedes Associate since 2021. Felipe focuses on public law, administrative law and regulatory issues, in litigation and advising. He has experience in advising clientes regarding regulatory risk assessment, contracts and public procurement, specially in the following markets: roads; ports, airports, water and sewerage services and health. Regarding litigation, he has experiences in judicial and administrative procedures, specially in the following áreas: corruption, civil investigations, audit courts and misconduct in office cases.
