Gabriela Monteiro

Palma Guedes Associate since 2020, active in several areas of Public Law. She was an associate at Veirano Advogados, focusing her practice in the areas of Antitrust & Competition, Compliance and Administrative Law. Her experience includes advising clients in varied matters arising from several industries, such as tobacco and pharmaceutical. Has experience in representing clients in administrative procedures, specially before the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE) and the National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA). In the antitrust area, Gabriela provides legal advice to clients in general procedures before CADE. In compliance, she has experience in the conduction of internal investigations in companies and in developing corporate programs.
